Frequent traveler profile:
Once your frequent traveler profile and guarantee form is on file with them, you will be entitled to their corporate rates and can save time when making reservations by not having to provide guarantee information each time. You may also have your travel charged directly to the guarantee information on file and not have to fill out credit card slips each time. Frequent travelers may have a monthly receipt faxed to them for an additional $20.00 per month. This fee is reduced to $10.00 per person per month if your company has more than 5 frequent travelers on file.
